I'm excited to announce the soon to be released new album I've been working on for the past year.  It's a special release for me called "Long Before I Know You" (there's a song with the same name on the album).  It's a collection of previously unreleased songs that I wrote in the 70s, 80s and early 90s. 

In the 70s and 80s I was mainly in a band called Logos that was based in Marin County, CA.  We were together for about 10 years and played all around the Bay Area and Northern California.  In the 80s we became Page One and we moved to Los Angeles and lasted until 1987.  A year later in July of 1988 I joined Michael McDonald's band.

I still have a place in my heart for these songs and the bandmates I played with, especially Logos and Page One.  They included John Lovrien, Michael Byrnes, Danny Bertoldi, Dave Obeido, Mitch Hinard, Mike and Flavia Morris and so many more.  So it was fun to revisit these songs and give them a proper treatment arrangement and recording wise.  I even tweaked the lyrics here and there but they pretty much stand as they were written.  If some of it sounds dated... well, it is.  Ha!

The album will contain 13 songs with 4 bonus tracks. 17 songs in all!  It should be available mid-March on CD and on digital shortly after.  I'll have more updates and info very soon.
